Ilam has emerged since the collapse of the Assyrian, and lived next to neighbors who had advanced civilization like Akkad and Sumer and Babylon to the brilliant civilization of Ilam was released. Basically, Ilam has been the center of the integration of important civilizations each having a different impacts: One is a Mesopotamian civilization and the other one civilizations of the Iranian plateau. This article is based on documentary references and old texts. It is of Descriptive - analytic method and tries to find an answer to this question: Has the advanced culture of ancient Ilam been reflected in the thoughts of Achaemenid Cyrus?
