The aim of the current research is to analyze the scientific productions related to Ilam in the Scopus database from 1997 to the end of 2023, which has been done through the use of scientific map drawing techniques (by VOSViewer software) and data mining. The research community and sample are all the scientific productions of the Scopus reference database (1241 works) which were extracted and stored with the keywords "Ilam*". The findings show that most scientific productions, in the form of articles; in English and Persian; It is presented in the field of medicine, agricultural and biological sciences, and environmental sciences. The best publication, both in terms of frequency and number of citations, is the journal (Journal Of C.A.D.R); The top supporting universities, "Ilam University of M.S. and Ilam University; The best institution, both in terms of frequency and number of citations, is the "Center for Social Injuries of Ilam University of Medical Sciences"; The top author is "Arayesh ". Most of the keywords were related to the field of medicine and health. Less attention has been paid to cultural issues (apart from the Kurdish Elamite language). The word organizational culture only 2 times, as well as the words cultural symbolic capital, cultural values, patient safety culture, survey on patient culture, maturity of safety culture, economic and socio-cultural factors, socio-cultural factors were observed only 1 time. Synergy and more participation of researchers, institutions and institutions will lead to further development of Ilam, especially from a cultural point of view.
