Abstract

Abstruct In today's world, The municipality has become One of the most effective organization In the lives of citizens That citizens are always be associated with its services. This Has led to further important The services quality of this organization. Therefore, Municipal Performance Measurement Can Recognizing the strengths and weaknesses of this organization Leads to a more efficient organization In the services to citizens. The purpose of this study is Measuring The performance Ilam Municipality In four field civil constructional, urban services, monitoring and social – cultural Based on citizens views. Methodology in this study is Descriptive – analytical and A questionnaire was used to obtain the views of citizens. Population of the study are All residents of the city of Ilam. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran formula and Required information is obtained from the areas in city of Ilam. Also, Spss software is used to assess data. The results show that citizens satisfaction is Moderate to low . also, The Pearson correlation coefficient showed There is a positive relationship Between variables, civil constructional, urban services, monitoring and social – cultural with satisfaction of the Municipal Performance.
