Abstract

With the emergence of Qajar government and the early death of Aghamohammad Khan, the process of governing the various provinces and counties in general changed. One of the most important central government measures to monitor and control the tribes and clans have always been the establishment of a relationship with the local rulers that was shaped by these conditions. This was possible through central government appointees in various areas. This policy was implemented with the emergence of Qajar government and the throne of Fath Ali Shah. He managed to maintain his dominance over the Poshtkuh provinces by appointing Mohammad Ali Mirza Dawlat Shah to the Kermanshah government. This study sought to answer the following question: What was the relationship of Mohammad Ali Mirza Dawlat Shah with the governors of Poshtkuh? The findings of this study, which had a descriptive-analytical approach, indicated that Mohammad Ali Mirza, with his peaceful policy, was able to associate with the central Iranian government until the end of his life.
