  Abstract   The purpose of this project was relation evaluat of the styles of thinking, tolerance of ambiguity and taking the risk with the creativity of the education principals of Ilam. The methodology of this project is descriptive of the kind of correlation. census society of all education principlas of ilam city were in educational year of 1388-1389. using the formula cookran the sample taking method, 98 principals were chosen as the models. the tool for collacting project data included: 4 questionnaires of the ways of Sternberg and Agner thinking , budner tolerance of ambiguity, eyzenck risk taking and randsipp creativity. for the analysis of the data and questions test we use correlation coefficient of Pirsonandmulti variable Regersion. the results showed that probably 0/95 between styles of legislative thinking, performing and judgment with principle creativity has inversely and meaningful relation.there is a positive and meaningful relation on the pand principle creativity probably.there is no meaningful relation between risk taking and principles creativity. There is a positive and meaningful multiple relation on the pthinking, tolerance of ambiguity and taking the risk with the creativity.
