Designing architecture to constant development sustainable in Ilam city

Abstract

Constant development sustainable was formed to aims such as protection natural sources, respect to environment, provide the power of future human in related to provide their needs, improve and rise of life level and better management of ecosystems, and is in many sciences such as architecture. Based on this, importance protect of area data on architecture designs is not neglect able. Create buildings and settlements is requiring attention to area and area studies to reduce the estimated costs and increase the relaxation of environment. Because of various factors such as centrality of province, existence industrial cities create gas centers, and petrochemical, Ilam city had considerable growth in migration. New create buildings and form of city developments was performed without study to efficiency of energies and respect to environment. So new buildings are completely modern and are require to fossil fuels to provide of relaxation of people. 
    In present research, beside some definitions of design and architecture, constant development sustainable and aims and indexes by forming and condition of Ilam city were explained and three area factors, sun, wind and rain were studied and results show that best form to building in Ilam city is square form with cycle between 20 degree to west and 45 degree to east. By create a wall in south part and eastern south winter wind was protected and with create wind break in western part it can be controlled the warm winds. Majority of windows must been toward south (with considering winter winds) and a few of them been toward eastern north to using sun of winter. To escape from wet of annual raining, buildings must been with a distance from earth level.
