Abstract
The purpose of this study is evaluating the impact of organizational culture with the role of mediator innovation. This study is a descriptive correlation study which based on objective methods applied. Data is collected by means of questionnaires. Population of this research , are top and middle managers of industrial companies of Ilam. The sample size was 162 persons that calculated by using the Cochran formula , and techniques which are used for data analysis are structural equation model and LISREL software. The results of data analysis indicates that organizational cultures ( group, logical, extension, hierarchical ) with The role of innovation as mediator has positive and significant impact on organizational performance and the degree of influence of group culture on performance through the intermediary of innovation is stronger than other cultures. In addition , the test results show that the model is a good fit.
