Investigating the Role of Nature and Architecture in the Satisfaction of Library Users (Case study: Ilam city)

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the components of factors affecting the architecture of libraries role in users' satisfaction in 1392. The research method is descriptive and of survey type. Statistical population consisted of all the people of Ilam, the possibility of using the library have been formed. Using the classified random sampling technique, 120 individuals were selected and studied. Also, questionnaires were used to collect data and their validity was tested by experts and the reliability was checked by Cronbach's alpha (α= 0.88). The hypothesis using statistical methods, Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficients were analyzed. Results showed that the majority of respondents satisfied the items discussed in the theory of architecture at a moderate level. The ks test results were normal and t test of the hypothesis suggest that there is a significant relationship between the levels of users' satisfaction and varied of architecture, at the level of 99%. This means that considering the architecture library of the factors affecting the level of client satisfaction is influential.
