Investigating the Effect of Moral Intelligence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract

The aim of the study is to examine the effect of Moral intelligence on the organizational
citizenship behavior and its main question was set in the same direction. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the staff and students of the Fatemeh Zohra Athar Branch (PBUH) in Ilam city. Accordingly vacate sample is kind-sort census. The study is applied research and data collection is a descriptive and survey method. Lennick & Kiel’s questionnaire was used to measure Moral intelligence and Podsakoff et al standard questionnaire was used to measure organizational citizenship behavior. To determine the reliability of both questionnaires of construction reliability, it used the confirmatory factor analysis by Amos software and Cronbach alpha test to calculate their validity that the value of Moral intelligence questionnaire was 0/911 and the organizational citizenship behavior was 0/802. The confirmatory factor analysis by Amos Software was used to analyze the data. The results indicated that Moral intelligence had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior by the rate of 0/580.
