The present study aims at investigating the role of entrepreneurial activities in tourism development in Ilam City. The method of the current study is a descriptive-correlation design. The statistical population of the current study includes the managers and experts working in labor and social welfare organization, cultural heritage organization, handicrafts and tourism, governorate office, technical and vocational education center of province and the Association of Entrepreneurs of Ilam Province, of which 195 people were selected by stratified random method. The data collection measure is a questionnaire whose validity has been confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis and its reliability is calculated to be 0.91 using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient. The data analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis and multiple regression in SPSS software. The results from testing the hypotheses of the study show that there is a relationship between the variables of innovativeness, risk-taking, autonomy, aggressive competition and tourism development in Ilam City. There is a multiple correlation coefficient of (MR=0/68) between predicting variables and tourism development in Ilam City. Therefore, there is a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial activities and the tourism development in Ilam City. گردشگری بخشی از اقتصاد یک کشور است که تا حد زیادی با فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی ارتباط دارد. این پژوهش نیز با هدف بررسی نقش فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی در توسعۀ گردشگری با روش توصیفی – همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق را مدیران و کارشناسان شاغل در سازمان‌های کار و رفاه اجتماعی، سازمان میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری، استانداری، فنی و حرفه‌ای استان و کانون کارآفرینان استان تشکیل می‌دهند که تعداد 195 نفر از آنها به روش تصادفی طبقه‌بندی‌شده انتخاب شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسش‌نامه بود که روایی آن با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 91/0 تأیید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از طریق آزمون‌های همبستگی و رگرسیون چندگانه در نرم‌افزار SPSS انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان داد که­ بین متغیرهای نوآور بودن، ریسک‌پذیری، استقلال عمل و رقابت تهاجمی و توسعۀ گردشگری در شهر ایلام ارتباط وجود دارد. بین متغیرهای پیش‌بین با توسعۀ گردشگری در شهر ایلام ضریب همبستگی چندگانه در حد 68/0MR= وجود دارد؛ بنابراین، بین فعالیت‌های کارآفرینی و توسعۀ گردشگری در شهر ایلام رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنادار برقرار است. https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_90092_a236d4bf0179f2f5cb9312bd27b8732a.pdf
