The present study is a descriptive-analytic one aiming at studying and spatial analysis of the townships of Ilam province. To do so, the researchers have obtained the health-related indicators and the required data obtained from the 2012 statistical year of Ilam province. In order to do conduct the study, health-related indicators were analyzed using factor analysis technique as well as 20 indicators that were reduced to the top four factors. The results of the research show that there is a general deprivation in the province for the health-therapeutic indicators and the distribution of existing facilities is not so relevant to the power and demographic needs of the cities. According to the results of factor analysis, most of the studied townships (Mehran, Dareshahr, Dehloran and Sirvan - Chardavol) are deprived or semi-promising in terms of the indicators. Eivan, Ilam and Abdanan are ranked among the most deprived cities in terms of enjoyment of health and safety indexes in the most favored areas of Mehran and Dareshshar. بهبود وضعیت بهداشت و سلامت شهروندان یکی از نشانه­های ارتقا و توسعة انسانی در هر جامعه­ای می‌باشد و به عنوان مسئله‌ای ضروری و مهم مدّ نظر برنامه‌ریزان است. پژوهش حاضر که از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است، با هدف بررسی و تحلیل فضایی شهرستان‌های استان ایلام از لحاظ برخورداری از شاخص‌های بهداشتی - درمانی صورت گرفته و داده‌های مورد نیاز آن از سالنامۀ آماری 1391 استان ایلام به دست آمده است. در راستای انجام این تحقیق، شاخص‌های بهداشتی - درمانی با بهره­گیری از تکنیک تحلیل عاملی و با استفاده از 20 شاخص که به 4 عامل برتر کاهش یافتند، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان می­دهد که محرومیتی کلی در سطح استان از نظر برخورداری از شاخص‌های بهداشتی - درمانی وجود دارد و توزیع امکانات موجود نیز چندان متناسب با توان و نیاز جمعیتی شهرستان‌ها صورت نگرفته است. با توجه به نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی، اکثر شهرستان‌های استان (مهران، دره‌شهر، دهلران و شیروان - چرداول) از لحاظ شاخص‌های مورد مطالعه، محروم یا نیمه‌برخوردار هستند و ایوان، ایلام و آبدانان از لحاظ بهره‌مندی از شاخص‌های بهداشتی – درمانی، در ردیف برخوردارترین و مهران و دره‌شهر در ردیف محروم‌ترین شهرستان‌ها قرار دارند https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_61094_061dbbdab07ea20397ac12103eba4dcc.pdf
