The question now is whether government supervision provides the way to achieve sustainable development in the city of Ilam. In what way can government supervision (governorship) guide the city of Ilam towards sustainable development? It seems that government supervision through its governmental and non-governmental components (sub-complexes) such as (municipality, NGOs, social, economic, political, cultural, and environmental institutions, etc.) helps the city of Ilam to achieve sustainable development. The present study is of an applied type and has been developed with a combined method (qualitative-quantitative) and with a descriptive-analytical approach. The purpose of the study is to identify the role of government supervision in realizing the components of sustainable development in the city of Ilam. The research findings show that there is a significant relationship between the government oversight infrastructures affiliated with the Ilam Governorate and non-governmental institutions such as associations and mass media with the components of sustainable development of Ilam city. Therefore, the author was able to conceptualize and test the interaction model between non-governmental organizations and the government sector in the vice-presidencies of the Ilam Governorate by using the results of this research and also examining other related studies. <strong>چکیده</strong> در دنیای امروز همگام با تغییرات اجتماعی، فرهنگی و اقتصادی و پیشرفت‌های علمی و فناوری، توسعۀ پایدار به عنوان یکی از اصلی‌ترین معیارها در طراحی فضاهای شهری محسوب می‌شود. مسئلۀ پژوهش حاضر، این بود که آیا نظارت دولت، راه را برای رسیدن به توسعۀ پایدار در شهر ایلام فراهم می‌کند یا خیر و این نظارت از چه طریقی می‌تواند شهر ایلام را به سمت توسعۀ پایدار هدایت نماید؟ به نظر می‌رسد که نظارت دولت از طریق مؤلفه‌ها یا زیرمجموعه‌های دولتی و غیردولتی خود، همچون: شهرداری، سمن‌ها و نهادهای سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی – فرهنگی، زیست‌محیطی و ...، می‌تواند شهر ایلام را برای رسیدن به توسعۀ پایدار کمک نماید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی است و با روش تلفیقی کیفی - کمی و با رویکرد توصیفی - تحلیلی انجام شده است. نتایج آن نشان می‌دهند که نقش نظارتی استانداری بر مؤلفۀ اقتصادی توسعۀ پایدار با 95 درصد بیشترین سهم را به خود اختصاص داده است. بعد از آن نیز مؤلفۀ اجتماعی - فرهنگی توسعۀ پایدار با 90 درصد در جایگاه دوم و مؤلفۀ زیست‌محیطی توسعۀ پایدار با 87 درصد در جایگاه سوم قرار دارد؛ لذا مقدار همبستگی بین نقش نظارت نهادهای غیردولتی بر روند تحقق توسعۀ پایدار در استان ایلام، در سطح خطای 5 درصد، معنادار و قوی است. پیشنهاد می‌شود که تعامل بین سازمان‌های دولتی، همچون: معاونت‌های استانداری و ارگان‌های تحت امر، با سازمان‌های غیردولتی (سمن‌ها)، آگاهانه مدیریت شود تا نتایج حاصل از چنین تعاملی، در خدمت اهداف مشترک هر دو بخش قرار گیرد. https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_217726_d683dce7e397bf4d1a9e3fe380d70b5a.pdf
