This is an applied, qualitative-grounded theory method research. The participants of the research were 11 married women who were selected with respect to some criteria and through purposive sampling and theoretical approach. The research tool was a semi-structured in-depth interview carried out through analysis of the content of the interviews by tripartite stages of open, axial, and selective coding. The validity of the data was assessed based on the viewpoint of the participants of the research and the experts from outside the research. The reliability of the research was examined through recoding by the assistant encoder and the reliability coefficient was calculated to be 80%. The findings indicated that from the viewpoint of the participants 10 axial themes affect the tendency to low childbearing action or family without a child in the married women. These themes include economic challenges, the inefficiency of a large family, body management, dual tolerance, destiny, emergency and fear, incurable and unwanted infertility, conditional agreement, their past and the past of the other, and social pressure. Finally, a paradigm model of the tendency to low childbearing action in women was presented. در سالیان اخیر میزان فرزندآوری زنان به تدریج رو به کاستی نهاده و حتی تشکیل زندگی بدون فرزند نیز رواج پیدا کرده است. این موضوع یک مسئلۀ حیاتی برای آیندۀ جمعیت کشور و تأمین نیروی فعال خواهد بود و چنانچه به طور جدی برای آن چاره‌اندیشی نشود، جمعیت فعال کشور در آینده از یک طرف و سالخوردگی جمعیت از طرف دیگر، چالش‌هایی جدی برای کشور رقم خواهند زد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و تحلیل دلایل کم‌میلی زنان به فرزندآوری انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش، کیفی- نظریه‌مبنایی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 11 نفر از زنان متأهل بودند که با ملاحظۀ برخی معیارها و با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و رویکرد نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته‌ای بود که با تحلیل متون مصاحبه‌ها با کدگذاری سه‌گانۀ باز، محوری و انتخابی صورت گرفت. برای سنجش روایی داده‌ها از دیدگاه مشارکت‌کنندگان و خبرگان بیرون از پژوهش و برای سنجش پایایی از کدگذاری مجدد به کمک کدگذار همکار استفاده شد که ضریب پایایی 80/0 حاصل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد در دیدگاه مشارکت‌کنندگان 10 مضمون محوری در مورد بی‌فرزندی یا کم‌میلی به فرزندآوری در زنان متأهل وجود دارد که عبارتند از: چالش‌های اقتصادی، ناکارآمدی خانوادۀ پرجمعیت، مدیریت بدن، تحمل دوگانه، قسمت و تقدیر، اضطرار و هراس، ناباروری ناخواسته و لاعلاج، توافق مشروط، گذشتۀ خود و دیگری و فشار اجتماعی. در نهایت نیز مدل پارادایمی کم‌میلی به فرزندآوری در زنان ارائه شد. https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_149142_1a7817dd1d5ef51c3fc1f655a6984b93.pdf
