The current research is aiming at studying and anthropological analysis of Ilami women at contemporary times, and creating a theoretical aptitude for both functionalism and dissemination by using a conceptual framework for these people. The research method in this paper is qualitative ability and information gathering through two methods of library and field observations and using architectural methods of interviewing and taking notes. The findings of the study show that social activities, time pass and political change, climatic and geographic conditions, cultural and religious beliefs of society and social status, nationality and life methods, the influential component of this society clothing, beliefs and faith rooted in the traditions of the ancestors all affect the choice of clothing among women. The results of this study also shows that  change over time and technology manipulate clothing and jewelry and theirs traditional symbols altered by  <br />dominant culture. It is suggested that in order to familiarize the new generation with this تاریخ پوشاک بخشی از تاریخ تمدن است که از تحولات، شکل و فرم لباس از زمان‌های دور تاکنون گفتگو می‌کند. این پژوهش که با هدف بررسی و تحلیل مردم‌شناختی پوشاک بانوان ایلامی در دوران معاصر انجام شده است، چارچوب مفهومی آن مبتنی بر مفاهیم نظریات اندیشمندان دو مکتب کارکردگرایی و اشاعه می‌باشد. روش پژوهش در این مقاله کیفی بوده و اطلاعات آن با استفاده از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و مشاهدۀ میدانی و با استفاده از تکنیک مصاحبه و فیش‌‌برداری گردآوری شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که  مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار بر پوشاک بانوان ایلامی، عبارتند از: فعالیت اجتماعی، گذشت زمان و تغییرات سیاسی، شرایط اقلیمی و جغرافیایی، اعتقادات و باورهای فرهنگی و مذهبی جامعه، منزلت اجتماعی، قومیت و نحوۀ معیشت که در این میان، مهمترین مؤلفۀ تأثیرگذار بر روی پوشاک این قشر از جامعه، اعتقادات و باورهایی است که ریشه در سنن پیشینیان دارد. نتایج این پژوهش همچنین نشان داد که با تغییر زمان و تکنولوژی، پوشاک و زیورآلات دستخوش تغییر شده و کارکردها و نمادهای سنتی آن هم تحت تأثیر فرهنگ غالب دچار تحول گردیده است. پیشنهاد می‌شود به منظور آشنایی نسل جدید با این گنجینۀ باارزش (پوشاک) پژوهش‌هایی نیز در زمینۀ پوشاک سنتی مردان و کودکان اقوام مختلف ایرانی انجام پذیرد. https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_106818_f4916a3556ed7cd820b7d66f984bdc9f.pdf
