In the face of the Kurds, the Safavid government adopted certain policies, such as peaceful confrontations to repression, as well as the use of Kurdish elements in domestic and foreign policy. The displacement of the Kurdish tribes during the reign of Shah Abbas Safavid is affected by the circumstances in which these tribes were located. Some influential external factors, such as the proximity of the Kurdish bio-tribes, were close to the borders of the Ottoman government, which put them under pressure from the Ottoman government as subjects of Iran and could also be used as a pretext to attack Shah Abbas's territory. Take; or incited by the Ottoman government to revolt against the central government. Another external reason for Shah Abbas to move Kurdish tribes to eastern Iran was the Uzbek invasion of Khorasan. The present article seeks to explain the internal and external factors of Kurdish displacement in the era of Shah Abbas I by descriptive-analytical method. Findings show that the displacement of Kurdish tribes has multiple causes, including the policy of evacuating western Iran to restrain the Ottoman government, moving Kurds to confront the invading tribes in eastern and northeastern Iran, preventing the concentration of Kurdish tribes in western Iran, Repairing population shortages in other parts of the Safavid territory and reviving agriculture and the economy of Iran's eastern borders. }, keywords = {: Safavid,Shah Abbas,Kurdish tribes,Immigration}, title_fa = {واکاوی علل و عوامل سیاست جابه‌جایی کردها در دورۀ شاه عباس اول}, abstract_fa = {جغرافیای سرزمینی متعلق به کردها در دوران صفویه شامل نواحی غرب و شمال غربی ایران و قسمت‌هایی از شرق قلمرو دولت عثمانی بوده است. دولت صفویه در مواجهه با کردها سیاست‌های خاصی را از برخوردهای صلحآمیز گرفته تا سرکوب یا استفاده از آنها در سیاست داخلی و خارجی خود اتخاذ کرد. جابه‌جایی ایلات کرد در عهد شاه عباس صفوی، متأثر از شرایطی چند است که این ایلات در آن قرار داشتند. یکی از علل خارجی مؤثر، مجاورت جغرافیای زیست ایلات کرد با مرزهای دولت عثمانی بود که موجب میشد هم به عنوان رعایای ایران تحت فشار دولت عثمانی باشند و هم به عنوان دستاویزی برای حمله به قلمرو شاه عباس مورد استفاده قرار گیرند یا به وسیلۀ دولت عثمانی برای شورش علیه دولت مرکزی تحریک شوند. از دیگر علل خارجی محرک شاه عباس در کوچاندن ایلات کرد به شرق ایران، تهاجمات ازبکان به خراسان بود. مقالۀ حاضر با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی، عوامل درونی و بیرونی جابه‌جایی کردها در عصر شاه عباس اول را تبیین نمود. یافته‌های این پژوهش نشان داد که جابه‌جایی ایلات کرد علل چندگانه داشت که سیاست تخلیۀ غرب ایران جهت مهار دولت عثمانی، انتقال کردها برای مقابله با اقوام مهاجم به شرق و شمال شرق ایران، جلوگیری از تراکم ایلات کرد در غرب ایران، ترمیم کمبود جمعیت در دیگر نقاط قلمرو صفوی و احیای کشاورزی و اقتصاد مرزهای شرقی ایران از جمله این علل است.}, keywords_fa = {صفویه,شاه عباس,ایلات کرد,مهاجرت}, url = {https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_149134.html}, eprint = {https://www.farhangeilam.ir/article_149134_2cb13ba6bd6560a16dd47fbc76cd7250.pdf} }
